Woolrich has a, for lack of a better word, rich history in classic American fashion. Initially with the buffalo plaid (sometimes referred as the Lumberjack plaid), the outdoors will probably have a different landscape without Woolrich’s stamp on the frontier. Now, the NANAMICA line establishes a different branch from the brand. With the name meaning “house of the seven seas”, we can expect a nautical spin on their already classic styles and hopes of new creations. Woolrich has a special place in my fashion heart.

In representation for the victory over Miguel Cotto, Manny Pacquiao has raised more buzz than anyone currently in the global stage of sports. Winning his 7th belt puts his name in the record books forever, for being the first to ever have done that. Also hailing from my hometown, I look at him more than just a Filipno making it in the world. I look at him more of an inspiration as a person who overcame great obstacles to continue a steady march into something he believes in fully. He took what he could and did what he can to become the best in his field. His humbleness is endearing as his down to earth personality is refreshing. We are all in the rings taking and giving punches. His ring is more literal. Congrats!
